On Monday, SeaWorld announced that it was simplifying the parks’ ticket pricing structure, just two months after raising gate prices.
According to FoxNews.com, the new pricing structure was designed to encourage visitors to buy multi-visit passes instead of the $99 one-day gate cost. When purchased online, though, the one-day pass will only be $79.
As for the cost of the multi-visit tickets, customers will be able to purchase two visits to any of the SeaWorld parks—including SeaWorld Orlando, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Aquatica Orlando and Adventure Island Tampa Bay—for $99 and three-visit passes for $109.
SeaWorld is also adding a new Length of Stay ticket option, which allows up to 14 consecutive days of unlimited access to all four parks for $139 per person. The Length of Stay option also includes free parking.
While some prices have gone down, SeaWorld’s annual passes are now more expensive, climbing from $156 a year to $168. Single-day ticket prices also increased, jumping from $97 to $99 at the gate and from $70 to $79 when ordered online.
In addition to the price changes, SeaWorld Orlando is now offering Florida residents free admission in 2016 for children five and under with the Preschool Card. For parents and guardians looking to take advantage of the deal, the card must be activated by May 27.
